Rebecca Starr was born on April 23, 1737 in London Grove, Pennsylvania to Jeremiah Starr and Rebecca Jackson. She married Andrew Moore, Jr., son of Andrew Moore and Rachel Halliday, at the Friends Meeting House on September 26, 1754 in Sadsbury, Pennsylvania. She died at the home of here son, Thomas, on February 26, 1808 in Half Moon, Pennsylvania. She was buried at the Friends Burial Ground in Centre County, Pennsylvania.
